Marine House – Fire Sprinkler System

Marine House is a luxury seafront holiday accommodation situated directly on the seafront in the stunning village of Milford on Sea. The village hosts a range of activities with unique and independent shops, a variety of coffee shops, restaurants, and pubs. The location of the B&B only enhances the experience with a unique accessible seafront promenade.

The location allows guests the opportunity to walk along the coastline or inland along the Studland Common or the many nature reserves. It is the perfect place to stay, relax and recharge. As a group of companies, we were asked to combine our services to provide a Fire Sprinkler system, Fire alarm, and complete Electrical installation.

We were asked to design, supply, install, test, and commission a sprinkler system to B.S.9251:2021 Domestic standards. In addition to designing and installing domestic sprinkler systems, we also quote to provide ongoing maintenance and support, as well as certification.

Conducted a comprehensive site assessment to determine the optimal placement of sprinkler heads, water supply, and system design. The installation process was carefully planned to minimise disruption to hotel operations. Work was carried out in stages during periods of lower occupancy to ensure guest comfort and safety. After installation, rigorous testing and inspections were conducted to ensure that every sprinkler head was functioning correctly, and that the system met all safety standards.
